Limited Warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Produits Cocall is committed to providing high-quality products. All our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and material defects under normal use conditions.

Warranty Period<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase<\/strong>, unless otherwise specified on the product or invoice.

What Is Covered<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This warranty covers:
\u2022 manufacturing defects;
\u2022 material defects;
\u2022 issues arising from normal use of the product according to Produits Cocall recommendations.

What Is Not Covered<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This warranty does not cover:
\u2022 normal wear and tear;
\u2022 damage caused by misuse;
\u2022 modifications or repairs made without authorization;
\u2022 damage caused during transport after delivery;
\u2022 accidents, negligence, or improper maintenance;
\u2022 products used under non-recommended conditions.

Warranty Claim Procedure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To submit a warranty claim:
1. Contact our customer service department.
2. Provide a valid proof of purchase.
3. Describe the issue and include photos if required.

Produits Cocall reserves the right to:
\u2022 inspect the product;
\u2022 repair or replace the defective product;
\u2022 or provide an equivalent credit, depending on the situation.

Shipping Costs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Shipping costs related to returning a product for inspection may be the responsibility of the customer unless the defect is confirmed by Produits Cocall.

Produits Cocall ships products throughout Quebec, Canada, and the United States<\/strong>.

Delivery Times<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Before returning any product, customers must contact Produits Cocall to obtain a return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved:
\u2022 a refund will be issued using the original payment method;
\u2022 or a store credit may be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Produits Cocall or a confirmed defective product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
