Is my Cocall guaranteed?
Yes, every Cocall that has its original invoice has a one-year guarantee. But this is valid only for the Cocall itself; other devices, such as chargers, are not included.
My Cocall isn’t working. What should I check?
Here are the steps to take:
• Ensure that the memory card is properly inserted;
• Presence of an indicator light when charging (valid only for Cocall1);
• Charge your Cocall for 2 hours;
• Put the switch in the ON position.

Yes, this is possible, thanks to our RC100M available at all our dealers or directly online at www.cocall.ca.
