  1. Make sure to use a Micro SD card class 10 UP TO 1 GB.
  2. Format the micro-SD card using your computer.
  3. Download the update file from our website or use the .ZIP file sent by email.
  4. Open the downloaded .zip file by double-clicking on it.
  5. Copy the file fw5000.upd found in the .zip to the micro-SD card.
  6. Make sure the file has been successfully copied to your micro-SD card.
  7. Eject the micro-SD card from your computer.
  8. Ensure the COCALL is turned off.
  9. Insert the micro-SD card into the COCALL.
  10. Turn on the COCALL.
  11. Select COCALL and press MENU.
  12. The update will run and display “UPDATE FIRM” on the screen.
  13. The COCALL will make a sound and turn off by itself.
  14. You can now remove the micro-SD card containing the update.
  15. The update is complete; you can now reinsert your regular sound micro-SD card into the COCALL.
